Open to all

Turku PET Centre is an open access imaging facility that provides full range of research services for academic and industry users. Our staff is available for technical support in study design, imaging protocols and techniques, post-processing and data analysis, data interpretation, and training. We also provide services on contract and budget negotiations and all the legal aspects related to the contracts. Various animal models for human diseases (e.g. mouse, rat, rabbit, and pig models) are also available to users.

How to access our services

Our open access research services are available via the Finnish Biomedical Imaging Node https://eurobioimaging.fi/FiBI, part of Euro-BioImaging ERIC (https://www.eurobioimaging.eu/).

To access our services, contact our reserach manager (contact.pet@tyks.fi) or the Node Manager of the Finnish Biomedical Imaging Node (Contact-FiBI@eurobioimaging.fi). After initial discussions, the external users need to submit a project proposal in Euro-BioImaging Web Portal (https://www.eurobioimaging.eu/about-us/how-to-access).

See How to apply – Finnish Biomedical Imaging Node for further information on how to submit a proposal in Euro-BioImaging  Web Portal.
